Mentoring that grounds, lifts & inspires you.

Alongside her clinical work as a speech pathologist, Stacey supports fellow clinicians to build work lives that feel aligned, sustainable, and genuinely fulfilling.

With over a decade of management experience in the profession, Stacey brings a depth of leadership and business expertise that many clinicians do not have the opportunity to access. Prior to establishing herself as a sole trader, Stacey led the largest private speech pathology team in South Australia within a large national organisation.

Through this role, Stacey worked extensively at a strategic and operational level - contributing to high-level business planning, service innovation and expansion, development of graduate and student programs, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, preparation for and navigation of NDIS audits, and collaboration with universities and sector bodies, including participation on university boards.

Over time, Stacey recognised a consistent gap: clinicians stepping into sole trader and leadership spaces without exposure to this level of strategic thinking, business insight, and reflective support. Too often, they were expected to simply figure it out alone.

Her mentoring and workshop offerings exist to change that.

This space is for solo clinicians and allied health professionals who want to pause, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence - supported by both clinical understanding and real-world business experience.

Stacey does not position herself as a traditional business coach. Instead, she works alongside clinicians as a clinical supervisor, mentor, and steady cheerleader - offering structure, perspective, and encouragement as they navigate their professional and leadership journeys.

finding your right fit mentor

Stacey strongly believes that finding the right-fit mentor is essential.

The quality of the mentoring relationship can be a genuine game changer - not only for clinical skills and confidence, but also for energy, alignment, and sustainability in work.

For this reason, Stacey offers a free, no-obligation get-to-know-you session. This provides space for clinicians to learn about her approach, ask questions, and decide whether the fit feels right, and equally, for Stacey to ensure she can offer the support a clinician is seeking.

There is no expectation or pressure to continue beyond this conversation. Stacey genuinely believes that the most important outcome is for clinicians to find the mentor who feels right for them - whether that is with her or elsewhere.

Work with Stacey

Support is offered through a combination of guided workshops, small-group experiences, and individual mentoring.

  • Stacey offers mentoring for solo clinicians who want ongoing support as they grow, refine, and sustain their work.

For many clinicians, this mentoring is also clinical in nature. With Stacey’s grounding in speech pathology services across the lifespan, mentoring can integrate both clinical reflection and business or leadership support within the same space.

This is a unique offering. It is rare to work with a mentor who can hold both clinical depth and high-level business perspective — allowing clinicians to reflect on therapy practice, decision-making, boundaries, and leadership without needing to separate these conversations.

    Mentoring may include:

    • reflective, supervision-style conversations (clinical and/or business-focused)

    • clinical reasoning and therapy reflection across the lifespan

    • business and leadership perspective grounded in real-world experience

    • support with boundaries, confidence, and decision-making

    • support in understanding and responding to the evolving NDIS space

    • space to think, process, and reconnect with what matters

  • Stacey offers small-group workshops designed for solo clinicians who want space to step back from day-to-day work and reconnect with the bigger picture of their practice.

These experiences are intentionally kept small, grounded, and reflective - blending strategic thinking with facilitated conversation, guided reflection, and practical planning.

Workshops are business-focused, with a strong emphasis on clarity, alignment, and sustainability in private practice, while still holding space for the human experience of being a clinician.

Current and upcoming workshops are listed below.

    • The Permission to Pause workshop series is hosted within Stacey’s mentoring and leadership offerings and can be explored in more detail below.

support that

aligns & evolves

with you

Stacey’s mentoring support is intentionally flexible.

There is no requirement to commit to set blocks or a fixed frequency.

Support is tailored to each clinician’s needs and may be offered weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or on an ad hoc basis. Stacey recognises that needs often evolve over time - for example, beginning with more regular support and gradually spacing sessions as confidence and clarity grow.

Stacey works collaboratively with clinicians to find an approach that feels aligned, sustainable, and supportive.

Strategic clarity for solo clinicians
to seek alignment, confidence, and abundance - on your own terms

Sunday 1 March
9:00am – 12:00pm
Booragoon, WA

PERMISSION to pause is a guided strategic reflection morning for solo clinicians who care deeply about their work and want space to stop, reflect, and move forward with clarity - without pressure, hustle, or interrogation.

This is a space for solo clinicians to give themselves permission to be seen, valued, and proud - and to reconnect intentionally with what they’ve built and where they want to go next.

This is not a traditional business workshop, and it’s not a passive reflection morning you could easily do at home.

Instead, it is a structured, facilitated planning experience that blends strategic thinking with calm, grounding support. Intentionally designed to help clinicians think clearly about their business and direction, leaving with renewed confidence, focus, and energy for both their work and life.

Think of it as strategic planning for solo clinicians, delivered more like a warm hug than a boardroom.

  • PERMISSION to pause is for clinicians who:

    • run their own practice or work independently

    • want clarity and direction, not overwhelm

    • value reflection but rarely give themselves time to stop

    • want their business to align with their values and life

    • are seeking confidence, steadiness, and sustainability

    • want to plan forward in a way that feels supportive, not rigid

This space is equally valuable for clinicians who:

    • feel steady but want to refine and realign

    • feel a little stretched, tired, or disconnected

    • are quietly questioning “what next?” without needing fixing

    • A guided, small-group strategic planning session

    • Structured reflection with prompts and facilitation

    • Space to pause, think, and reconnect — without rushing

    • Calm, supportive facilitation (no cold business talk)

    • Gentle discussion and shared insight with like-minded clinicians

    • A beautiful, nourishing breakfast (vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free)

    • A thoughtfully chosen venue designed to feel grounding and spacious

Group size is intentionally small to ensure depth, safety, and genuine connection.

  • Participants leave with:

    • clearer direction for the year ahead

    • increased confidence in themselves and their work

    • a grounded sense of what success looks and feels like for them

    • renewed energy and motivation

    • clearer priorities and focus areas

    • stronger connection between personal values and business decisions

    • a lighter, steadier mindset — not a to-do list overload

This experience is designed to help clinicians think well, not think harder.

  • The morning is structured but intentionally spacious.

    You can expect:

    • gentle guidance rather than instruction

    • reflective prompts that invite clarity, not pressure

    • moments of quiet thinking, discussion, and connection

    • a calm, respectful group dynamic

    • facilitation that keeps the space focused and safe

There is no requirement to share anything personal or business-specific unless you choose to.

    This is not:

    • a hustle-focused business seminar

    • a numbers-heavy planning session

    • a productivity or goal-setting sprint

Let’s get into the details

  • PERMISSION to pause is not something most clinicians create for themselves at home.

    What makes this different:

    • the space is intentionally held and facilitated

    • the structure supports clarity without overwhelm

    • you are not alone in your thinking

    • the tone is grounding, not performative

    • the focus is sustainable success, not growth for growth’s sake

Many clinicians know what they want to reflect on — but benefit deeply from having space, structure, and support to do it well.

    Time: 9:00am – 12:00pm
